Polyester Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) is a polyester yarn which has been processed to introduce durable crimp twists, loops, interlaces or any other fine distortions along the filament length. It is a high quality yarn which can be used in wide range of applications like upholstery, knitwear and narrow weaving etc.

Triloble Bright dty yarn is made from the trilobal cross section of bright polyester POY yarn which is widely used in blanket or carpet industry. Its wide application mainly depends on its advantages such as excellent filament yarn processability guarantees manufacturing efficiency, fine color fastness ensures premium dyeing stability, superior dimensional stability decides stable setting and special functional character determines forming plush pile of smoothness, luster and softness.

It is produced using semi-opaque & bright PET chips in white or colored (using dope dyed masterbatches) with the latest and the newest machines available today in different deniers, colors and lustres. It is available in SD, FD & BRT lustres in a wide range of deniers to match different application requirements.

This kind of dty yarn is manufactured with a special machine which uses heat to hot draw, twist and thermo set the yarn in specific patterns such as non-intermingling, slight-intermingling, high-intermingling etc. It can be supplied with different levels of intermingling as per the downstream machines and applications to match different design requirements.
